Bookbinders of Lewes was established in 1992 as a small hand bindery, specialising in both one-off and limited edition bindings.

Our work includes: thesis and document bindings, albums, boxes, portfolios and sketchbooks, plus fine leather and presentation bindings. These are created in a variety of materials, using traditional and modern techniques. The majority of work is usually done to order, but we do carry a small range of albums, notebooks and sketchbooks, in stock.

We can offer a full repair and restoration service, for cloth, leather and paper bindings.

Consultations and estimates are normally free of charge.
